Float Trips, Depending On The Season, Will Consist of Dry Fly Fishing and Nymphing Technique’s.

We also love to throw big streamers for more predatory fish, like Brown Trout and the Native Smallmouth Bass.

Depending on the weather and the fishery we may be in for a real treat of top water popper action! We also offer Light Tackle Spinning Trips on Lake James!

Float Trip Attire

  • Depending On the Season, Early Spring We Recommend to Dress for a Possible Passing Shower. In the Fall to Winter Months We Suggest Wearing Additional Layers but Just Enough to Shed in Case of Those Warmer Winter Days!

  • Clients Will Need to Supply Their Own Waders and Boots and Dress Accordingly per Reported Forecast.

  • Guides Are Not Responsible for Personal Lost Items Such as Phones, Cameras, Wallets, etc.

  • Each Client Will Be Required to Fill Out and Sign Our Liability Waiver Before Any Guided Trip.
